My creative practice moves between the studio, the community, and the exhibition space — each informing the other. I work across mixed media, installation, and participatory forms, exploring themes of migration, memory, care, and the body as an archive of lived experience.
Over the past twenty-five years, I have exhibited hyper-locally within neighbourhood and community settings, as well as nationally and internationally in galleries, hospitals, and academic contexts. Each exhibition becomes a site of encounter — a space where personal narratives and collective histories meet, where viewers are invited to pause, reflect, and feel.
I am particularly drawn to materials that carry a sense of intimacy and resilience — textiles, found objects, gestures, and fragments that hold traces of human presence. My process often begins with listening: to stories, to silence, to what is felt but not yet visible.
Through both solo and collaborative projects, I continue to explore how art can hold tenderness and tension in equal measure — creating spaces of beauty, empathy, and transformation. My exhibitions are less about display and more about dialogue: living invitations to witness, to connect, and to imagine new ways of being together.
